Cut first 7 ingredients into small pieces, place in a large saucepan and fill with cold water. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables become tender. Mix in the soup mix and cook for another 10 minutes. Add parsley and dill also cut into small pieces. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. Eat this soup every day while you are on the program, as many times as you like. The soup will not add calories, but do not eat it alone for a long period of time! Next follow the day-by-day instructions below.
If you have not cheated on any of these days you will see that you have lost 7-15 lbs! You can resume the program the very next day, but if you want, you can cheat for one day.
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, BREAD OR CARBONATED DRINKS (EVEN MINERAL WATER) ARE ALLOWED WHILE YOU ARE ON THIS PROGRAM!!!
Every day you can drink plain water, cranberry or any other unsweetened fruit juice.
