These images are from the Dover publication Symbols, Signs and Signets by Ernst Lehner (Library of congress # 69-16134). They allows limited use of up to 10 images to be reproduced on any one project or in any single publication, free, and without charge. Please address the publisher for permission to make more extensive use.
Most of you will be able to put any of these pictures on your system very easily. You just have to drag the mouse cursor onto whichever picture you want and click the right mouse button. A small menu will then appear on your screen. Drag the mouse icon down the menu to highlight the menu item that says "Save the image as". A directory dialog box will appear. The directory that your browser has already set up for downloads appears near the top of the box. Remember this name because that is where the image is going on your computer. Click on the OK button. That's it. The image is now in that directory. If you need more help ask your parents or a friend.
