Regarding my work: My photos are samples of my work and I am continually weaving more damask "samples" from which clients either buy or ask for custom work. I really love to work with color, fiber and new designs using the damask weave structure. I will repeat a weaving if I am allowed to change the color and design slightly which keeps my sanity and creativity flowing. I do damask commissioned wall pieces and table runners for private and public display. Traditional damask weavings are floral with figures- in a dazzling array of patterns. My wall pieces are not traditional. They are simple damask geometric blocks using fiber and beautiful color to give light reflection, color contrast and luminescence.
